HR Textile Mills Limited approved 8.50 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on September 30, 2008.
The approval came at the 24th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at the Dhaka Cantonment's Trust Milonayaton in the city recently, said a press release.
Chaired by HR Textile Mills Chairman Mohammad Abdul Momen, the AGM was attended, among others, by its Managing Director Mohammad Abdul Moyeed, Director Muhammad Abdul Moyeen, Independent Director AHM Habibur Rahman and Company Secretary Md Wali Ullah.
